Structural Project Manager - Pune

We are hiring an experienced Structural Project Manager to lead complex structural engineering projects from conceptual design through construction completion. This role requires strong expertise in structural design, project execution, stakeholder coordination, and team leadership while ensuring high-quality deliverables within timelines and budget.

• Lead structural engineering projects across the complete design lifecycle
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource planning
• Review structural calculations, drawings, specifications, and analytical models
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, MEP consultants, and cross-functional teams
• Oversee construction administration activities including RFIs, submittals, and shop drawing reviews
• Ensure compliance with international structural design codes and standards
• Mentor engineers, modelers, and detailers to achieve project objectives
• Drive process improvements, quality enhancement, and engineering excellence

• Master’s degree in Structural Engineering
• 12+ years of experience in structural engineering and project management
• Strong expertise in RCC, steel, industrial, commercial, or high-rise structures
• Hands-on experience with structural analysis/design tools such as STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, Tekla, etc.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong leadership and project delivery capabilities
• Knowledge of international codes and standards preferred
• PE / C.Eng certification preferred

• Experience handling global projects
• Exposure to multidisciplinary coordination
• Experience managing teams and client interactions independently
