Job Description:
Own the end‑to‑end ERP SD / OTC solution landscape, covering quotations, sales orders, deliveries, transportation hand‑offs, billing, and returns.
Lead SD‑related projects and change initiatives (rollouts, S/4HANA migrations, template deployments), managing scope, timelines, risks, and budget.
Translate business requirements from sales, customer service, logistics, and finance into scalable ERP solutions and standardized global processes.
Provide expert guidance on SAP SD configuration: sales org structure, pricing and discounts, contracts, rebates, credit management, output and tax determination.
Oversee integration of SD with MM, PP, TM/EWM, and FI/CO, plus external CRM, e‑commerce, and partner systems to ensure seamless OTC flows and data integrity.
Govern SD master data and controls (customer master, condition records, credit limits, partner functions) in coordination with MDG and data owners.
Act as design authority and escalation point for complex incidents, change requests, and cross‑module design decisions; drive root‑cause analysis and permanent fixes.
Define and oversee test strategies (unit, integration, regression, UAT) and cutover plans for SD scope; ensure high‑quality documentation and knowledge transfer.
Lead and mentor a team of SD/OTC functional consultants and analysts; allocate work, review solution designs, and build internal capability.
Establish and track key OTC KPIs (order cycle time, on‑time delivery, billing accuracy, dispute rates) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Partner with business leadership on sales digitalization initiatives (self‑service portals, EDI, e‑invoicing), promoting standard ERP capabilities over custom solutions.
Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA Sales roadmap, best practices, and industry trends; advise management on innovation and adoption opportunities.
