In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Package Consultant specializing in SAP Ariba, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP Ariba solutions for clients. Your expertise will enable you to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance procurement and supply chain management. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Design and Configure Solutions: Work closely with clients to understand their procurement and supply chain management needs and design, configure, and deploy Ariba solutions to meet their requirements. * Analyze Business Processes: Utilize your expertise in SAP Ariba to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs. * Deploy Solutions: Deploy Ariba solutions to meet client requirements, ensuring seamless integration and effective solution delivery. * Enhance Procurement Management: Develop solutions to enhance procurement and supply chain management, driving business value and process improvements for clients. * Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide guidance, and ensure successful solution implementation.

Required technical and professional expertise

* SAP Ariba Solution Implementation: Experience with implementing and configuring SAP Ariba solutions for clients, including design, configuration, and deployment to meet procurement and supply chain management needs. * Business Process Analysis: Experience with analyzing business processes to identify areas for improvement and developing solutions to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance procurement and supply chain management. * Procurement and Supply Chain Management: Deep expertise in procurement and supply chain management, including process improvements and solution development to drive business value for clients. * SAP Ariba Configuration and Deployment: Experience with configuring and deploying Ariba solutions to meet client requirements, ensuring seamless integration and effective solution delivery. * Solution Development: Experience with developing solutions to enhance procurement and supply chain management, utilizing SAP Ariba expertise to drive business process improvements.

Preferred technical and professional experience

* Deep SAP Ariba Knowledge: Experience with advanced SAP Ariba features and functionalities, including configuration, deployment, and integration with other systems to meet complex client requirements. * Procurement Process Optimization: Experience with analyzing and optimizing procurement processes to drive business value and process improvements for clients, utilizing SAP Ariba expertise to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions. * Supply Chain Management Expertise: Deep expertise in supply chain management, including process improvements and solution development to drive business value for clients, with a focus on utilizing SAP Ariba to enhance supply chain management capabilities.
