Project Role Description : Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop strategic approaches to address them.
- Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Trade Finance.
- Strong knowledge of system integration methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing business process workflows.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with various integration tools and platforms to support seamless connectivity.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Trade Finance.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
