As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will advise, lead, and engage in high-impact activities throughout the systems development lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure effective implementation of IT strategies, providing insights to enhance operational efficiency, and guiding the team in navigating complex challenges within the IT function. You will play a crucial role in shaping the direction of projects and ensuring alignment with organizational goals, all while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members.
- Support junior professionals in their development and project contributions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adaptive Insight.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with systems development lifecycle processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Adaptive Insight.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
