Associate Relationship Manager- Mid Corporates

Position : Assistant Relationship Manager

Qualification: Chartered Accountant/ MBA -Finance preferred

Responsibilities: 

Customer Origination:
*Understanding client requirements, financial documents and other necessary data for due diligence and analysis.
*Thorough experience and expertise in preparing credit appraisal note and applications for credit approval.
*Analyzing data from annual reports, projections etc. and sensitizing financial models, stress test, sensitivity analysis.
*Assistance in market research and obtaining market feedback from the network
*Experience in executing legal documents with the client and liasoning with internal legal team and disbursing the limits
*Assitance in increasing cross sell and building the liability book of the bank
*Compliance with all internal credit policies and procedures, regulatory compliance, reporting requirements etc.

Post sanction monitoring
*Monitor quality of the portfolio by tracking Excess/ past dues, or unpaid due, strictly complying with processes for sanctioned cases
*Ensure timely submission of quality quarterly credit/ performance reports.
*Monitor risk triggers, covenants and other credit conditions and report appropriately and ensuring zero overdue
*Attend portfolio calls along with the RMs.
*Ensure portfolio is maintained with high quality both from credit risk and hygiene perspective.
*Ensure fast turn around on deals and no slippages / impairments.
