Your role and responsibilities

As a Golang/Java Developer, your primary responsibility will be to design and develop Golang/Java/J2EE base Application.

* You will design, develop, test, and deliver offerings using leading-edge and/or proven technologies.
* You should posses Database skills, Ability to write REST services, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure and development lifecycle
* You should have sound technical knowledge and thorough understanding of the business application.
* You will work with Architect, senior technical leaders and bring innovative solutions to complex problems. You will work in an Agile, collaborative environment to understand stakeholder requirements, providing input and guidance to ensure successful solution delivery.
* You will mentor and guide junior team members in their work.
* You should be passionate to work in an exciting environment while resolving challenges to develop next generation solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will include: * Develop Component-Level Solutions: Design, code, and test innovative component-level software solutions, ensuring that the implemented solutions are unit tested and ready to be integrated into their product. * Contribute to CI/CD Pipeline: Contribute to the automated CI/CD pipeline that takes code through various quality stages, ensuring seamless integration and delivery. * Debug Customer-Reported Problems: Design, develop, and unit test code fixes for customer-reported problems, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.

Required technical and professional expertise

* 10+ years of software engineering experience implementing Enterprise Applications
* Strong skills on Java/J2EE, GoLang
* Ability to Integrate with exisiting REST services and create new REST services
* Working knowldege of creating applications on cloud platforms(Kubernetes, RedHat OCP)
* Experience of building microservices/container based architectures and solutions
* Exposure to Security domain will be added advantage
* Experience working in agile development environments
* Strong oral and written communications

Preferred technical and professional experience

* Experience in Cryptography, TLS, FIPS, Java programming and Java security framework
* Experience in understanding security vulnerabilities and implementing the resolutions.
* Experience in a leadership role in one or more major software projects
* Excellent communication skills and proven ability in influencing open-source community developers, academic and industry partners.

* Leading-Edge Technologies: Experience with designing, developing, and delivering software solutions using leading-edge technologies, including back-end and front-end development, and DevOps engineering. * Agile Collaboration: Experience working in an Agile environment, collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions. * Automated CI/CD Pipelines: Experience contributing to automated CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.
