Villa Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Villa Technician to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of all technical systems within a private villa. The role requires hands-on expertise in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance, with a strong focus on delivering high standards expected in a luxury household environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
  
• Inspect and troubleshoot issues related to lighting, air conditioning, water systems, and appliances
  
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure all systems operate efficiently
  
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from household staff or residents
  
• Maintain and repair household equipment, fixtures, and fittings
  
• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers when required
  
• Monitor and maintain swimming pool systems and water features (if applicable)
  
• Ensure proper functioning of security systems, alarms, and CCTV
  
• Keep maintenance records and report any major issues or required upgrades
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and maintenance areas
  
• Ensure all work is completed following safety standards and procedures
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technician, preferably in private villas, hotels, or facilities management
  
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance systems
  
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
  
• Basic understanding of safety regulations and maintenance best practices
  
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work
  
• Basic communication skills in English
  
• Trustworthy, discreet, and professional attitude
  
• Willing to work in Abu Dhabi.
