Your role and responsibilities

The requirement is for a BPO subject matter expert in Finance and Procurement. As a seasoned Delivery Manager: Finance & Procurement, you will oversee the development and implementation of process solutions that meet Client needs. You will manage project plans, budgets, staffing, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Develop Strategic Vision: Define and implement a strategic vision to influence Client actions and ensure compliance with financial deliverables, leveraging expert knowledge in project management methodologies and technical architectures related to the Client's industry. * Manage Project Plans: Oversee project plans, budgets, staffing, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery, utilizing a solid understanding of financial planning and forecasting, as well as financial modeling and close processes. * Deliver High-Quality Solutions: Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet Client expectations and financial objectives, applying expertise in various project management methodologies, including SEI/CMM and emerging technologies. * Influence Client Actions: Collaborate with Clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert guidance and influence to ensure alignment with financial deliverables and objectives. * Drive Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining a deep understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and modeling processes.
