Prominent UAE based infrastructure organization is seeking a Senior Specialist Engineer – Data & AI to lead enterprise AI, analytics, and intelligent automation initiatives.
This role is ideal for a senior technical professional who combines hands-on engineering expertise with strategic thinking, solution design, and stakeholder management.
You will play a key role in modernizing business operations through AI, advanced analytics, automation, and data platforms.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver enterprise-grade AI and data solutions using Python
• Lead development of Gen AI, chatbot, and intelligent workflow systems
• Build predictive analytics and forecasting models
• Architect scalable data and reporting platforms
• Develop dashboards for senior leadership and management teams
• Support vendor evaluations and technical governance
• Optimize AI systems for speed, cost, and performance
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders
• Mentor junior engineers and support team capability growth
• Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Data Science, or related field
5+ years of experience in software engineering, analytics, or AI roles
Strong Python programming skills
Experience with Power BI, SQL, APIs, and automation tools
Exposure to LLMs, LangChain, or AI frameworks preferred
Strong analytical and communication skills
