Job Summary:

As a Waiter at Hotel Copthorne, you will be the face of our hospitality, providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests in our restaurant and dining areas. You will ensure guests enjoy a memorable dining experience by maintaining high service standards and delivering with professionalism and grace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables.
• Present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including daily specials and wine pairings.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, stations, and dining areas.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and grooming standards in line with hotel policies.
• Work closely with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure efficient and smooth service.
• Process payments using POS systems accurately.
• Set up and break down dining areas for service, events, or shift changes.
• Uphold the brand image and service values of Hotel Copthorne at all times.
