Key Responsibilities

• Film and edit a wide variety of content including:

- YouTube videos, Instagram Reels/TikToks, testimonials, and live events

• Handle the full video process: planning, storyboarding, filming, editing, and publishing
• Create compelling short-form and long-form content tailored for different platforms
• Operate and manage camera, lighting, audio, and editing gear
• Maintain a consistent visual style aligned with High Performance Academy’s identity
• Stay on top of visual trends, editing styles, and platform-specific optimizations
