Vice President – Marketing & Growth

Our client is a technology-driven platform business operating across the UAE and regional markets. The organisation is scaling customer acquisition and revenue growth.

The Role

The Vice President will lead growth strategy across marketing, acquisition, retention, and partnerships. This role will oversee performance marketing, brand, and lifecycle management. A key focus will be balancing growth velocity with sustainable unit economics. The VP will work closely with product and data teams to optimise funnels. This role will also manage agency partners and internal teams. Executive accountability for growth outcomes is central to the mandate.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have senior growth or marketing leadership experience within technology or platform businesses. Strong exposure to performance marketing and analytics is essential. Experience in the UAE or regional markets is highly preferred. The candidate must demonstrate commercial ownership, experimentation mindset, and leadership capability.
