Training Consultant (Part-Time)

Based in Dubai, we cater to both corporate clients and individuals, aiming to empower them with practical skills and knowledge. Our offerings include tailored courses in IT, leadership, and business management designed to meet the dynamic needs of today's professionals.

We are looking for an experienced Training Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves consulting on the design and development of innovative training programs tailored to the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will also have the capability to engage with potential clients and secure training contracts, contributing to the growth of our center.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to assess their training needs and develop bespoke training solutions.
• Design effective training programs that align with the latest industry standards and client expectations.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions that deliver both knowledge and practical skills.
• Actively seek and secure new business opportunities, contributing to sales growth.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to enhance service offerings.
• Provide expert advice on the continuous improvement of training content and delivery methods.

• Proven experience as a Training Consultant or similar role.
• Strong background in designing and implementing successful training programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to network and negotiate with potential clients.
• Knowledgeable in current training trends and industry demands.
• Flexibility to work on various projects with different teams.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate plus commission on generated sales.
