The trade marketing executive IMEA role is to analyses the market tendency (potential/ trend/need/ sell outs), putting in correlation with the sales out to measure the lost potential and the future source of business.
The Analyst/trade marketing executivesupport sales and the marketing team with creating tools for the sales team, organize launching plan of new product with adapted promotion plan and trainings to the sales and marketing team accordingly over IMEA (Africa/India/GCC)and adapt the marketing strategy centrally and locally by supporting the Distributors / Business Developers from these different countries to develop the business through the marketing mix (Products, Pricing, Promotions, Placement) and the implementation of the marketing tools (Loyalty programs, Promotions, Selling Tools, etc) in coordination with the marketing and sales directors. Mapping of the countries covered, looking for data mix and potentiality, market analysis in a nutshell are expected.
The role
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager :
Analyst Planning & Strategy
To define IMEA Trade Marketing plan (yearly & long-term) with the BU and partners
To define local annual Trade Marketing plan for each market
To structure the potentialities per family product (multicategory opportunities/ high brands priorities development)
Screening of the distribution channel on each area to ensure an efficient penetration rate on all category (BtB/Food service)
To share and align plans with marketing and sales
Define potential and target for each brand
Improve the Loyalty Program
Analyse the success and losses
Analyse the sales feedbacks following activations
Evaluate annual performance of the program (ROI, business impact) and issue recommendations to improve it
Trade marketing Support Commercial & Pastry Activities
Frame the vision and problematic of the market and develop tools adapted to it (promotion,)
Sales tools (sales books, product descriptions, marketing sheets, etc) for daily commercial actions
Promotions carried out in various markets (recipe layouts, specific booklets, gift ordering, gift development, etc)
Involve in the Trade shows driven by the marketing
Competition Intelligence/ competitor survey
Pricing Recommendations
Trade Marketing Product informations
Adapt with the operation and the supply all the problematic link with import and export (labelling/ range/ packaging)
To Work Closely / Collaborate with Marketing team based in HO
Requirements
Fluent in English, additional langues is a plus
3 years in a similar role with UAE experience
Expert on Excel, Word, PPT. Knowledge of Indesign and Ilustrator is a plus.
Salesforce, Power BI, Showpad knowledge is a plus
Strong understanding of the marketing mix (Product launches, Pricing, Promotions, Customer loyalty programs, Competition monitoring, etc)
Strong understanding of the Food service environment
