Tendering Manager

A leading construction group in the UAE is looking to hire an experienced Estimation Director to lead and oversee the Tendering & Estimation function across major residential and commercial building projects.

The ideal candidate will bring strong UAE market experience, deep expertise in tendering strategy, cost estimation, contract review, and commercial risk assessment, along with proven leadership managing large estimation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Tendering & Estimation Department

  
  

• Oversee full tender lifecycle from bid qualification to final submission

  
  

• Review project risks, direct and indirect costs, markups, and commercial strategy

  
  

• Ensure contract conditions protect company interests

  
  

• Participate in technical and commercial negotiations with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers

  
  

• Finalize tender submissions and post-award commercial handover

  
  

• Mentor and develop estimation teams while driving departmental performance

  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

  
  

• 15–20+ years of experience in construction estimation/tendering

  
  

• Strong UAE experience is mandatory

  
  

• Proven experience in residential and commercial building projects

  
  

• Director-level leadership exposure preferred

  
  

• Strong knowledge of tendering strategy, contracts, pricing, and risk management

  
  

• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
