Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer queries, and generating leads or sales.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers
Explain products/services and answer questions
Maintain records of calls and customer information
Follow up on leads and close sales or appointments
Requirements:
Good communication skills (malyali-telugu)
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and target-oriented
Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is a plus
