Tele caller

We are hiring Tele callers for a leading water purification company in Sharjah. This is a customer-focused role where you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our product offerings, and converting leads through cold calling.

• Make outbound cold calls to potential customers in UAE.
  

  
  

• Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly and confidently.
  

  
  

• Maintain customer records and follow up on leads.
  

  
  

• Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions.
  

  
  

• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth customer onboarding.
  

  
  

• Handle basic inquiries and resolve customer objections politely.
  

  
  

• Proven experience in tele calling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
  

  
  

• Must be fluent in Hindi (spoken) – other regional languages are a plus.
  

  
  

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  

  
  

• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
  

  
  

• Candidates on dependent visa (husband/family) are encouraged to apply.
  

  
  

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp) is an advantage.
