We are growing fast and we are seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to lead requirements strategy across complex initiatives spanning AI solutions, analytics platforms, and enterprise digital transformation programmes.
This role involves working closely with architects, programme managers, and engineering teams to shape solution direction from early discovery through implementation.
The position offers strong exposure to strategic innovation programmes across emerging applied AI delivery environments.
Visa Sponsorship Medical Insurance Development Plans Lead requirements discovery across multi-system AI, data, and platform delivery initiatives Facilitate complex stakeholder workshops across business and technical teams Translate strategic objectives into solution-ready technical requirements Define functional and non-functional specifications aligned to architecture decisions Document integration requirements across enterprise systems and platforms Support architecture teams in aligning solution design with business needs Lead definition of data flows, interface requirements, and system dependencies Maintain requirements traceability across multiple delivery workstreams Support backlog prioritisation across engineering teams Contribute to discovery phases, solution workshops, and RFP responses Support user acceptance testing strategy and validation planning Mentor junior business analysts where applicable Key Skills Advanced Business Analysis Skills Architecture-aligned requirements definition Integration and API mapping Data flow modelling across enterprise systems Non-functional requirement specification Operating model documentation Cross-platform dependency management Technical backlog structuring Requirements strategy across delivery programmes Technical Awareness Strong familiarity with: cloud-native platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) APIs and microservices architectures enterprise integration environments data platforms and analytics ecosystems · AI solutions and workflows, including LLM-based applications, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), intelligent automation, and enterprise AI platform integrations Agile and hybrid delivery frameworks Required Experience 10–12+ years of technical business analysis experience Experience supporting enterprise-scale platform or transformation programmes Experience working closely with architects and engineering delivery teams Experience defining integration requirements across multiple systems Experience facilitating senior stakeholder workshops Experience coordinating requirements across multi-workstream environments Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent certification (preferred) Experience supporting government or regulated-sector transformation programmes Experience working with AI or enterprise data platform initiatives Experience working in Middle East delivery environments (advantageous) Personal Attributes Strong stakeholder facilitation capability Structured and strategic problem-solving mindset Comfortable operating across complex technical environments Ability to translate architecture concepts into business requirements Mentorship mindset and leadership capability
