Technical Architect - Marketing Technology (Martech)

We are currently working with a global technology organization that is expanding its Marketing Technology consulting and implementation capabilities and is looking to hire an experienced Martech Technical Architect to support enterprise deployments of marketing automation platforms.

This role will play a critical part in designing, implementing and integrating enterprise marketing technology solutions for large organizations.

• Lead technical architecture and implementation of enterprise marketing automation solutions.
  

  
  

• Design and deploy Martech platforms including campaign management, customer journey orchestration and marketing analytics.
  

  
  

• Architect integrations between marketing platforms and enterprise systems such as CRM, data warehouses and digital channels.
  

  
  

• Provide technical leadership during implementations, upgrades and performance optimization projects.
  

  
  

• Define system architecture, deployment models and infrastructure requirements.
  

  
  

• Design scalable solutions across web application layers, databases and cloud infrastructure.
  

  
  

• Support installation, configuration and optimization of marketing technology platforms.
  

  
  

• Work closely with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  

  
  

• Document architecture designs, system integrations and deployment models.
  

  
  

• Provide technical guidance to development teams and client technical teams.
  

  
  

The role may involve working with technologies such as:

• Marketing Automation Platforms (Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze)
  

  
  

• Application Servers (WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat, JBoss)
  

  
  

• Databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Snowflake)
  

  
  

• Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  

  
  

• Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  

  
  

• API integrations and data pipelines
  

  
  

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT architecture or marketing technology platforms.
  

  
  

• Proven experience implementing or architecture marketing automation solutions.
  

  
  

• Strong experience with system integration, database architecture and enterprise infrastructure.
  

  
  

• Knowledge of cloud environments and container technologies is an advantage.
  

  
  

• Experience designing scalable marketing technology ecosystems.
  

  
  

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  

  
  

• Excellent communication skills and experience working with enterprise clients.
