Key Responsibilities Lead the management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and systems.
Partner with leadership to align IT strategy with business objectives and growth plans.
Oversee system security, data integrity, and compliance with industry best practices.
Respond to and resolve IT issues with speed and professionalism, ensuring minimal disruption.
Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate IT service contracts.
Provide guidance, training, and support to team members on IT systems and tools.
