A leading Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for their UAE office.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Providing recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data.
• Developing recruitment strategy which includes job posting optimization, recruiting channel development, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
• Leading the recruitment and selection activities in a manner to ensure that the most suitable candidate is selected for the right position in a time and cost-effective manner.
• Supporting the Head of HR ensuring effective recruitment practices are in place that support overall organizational objectives while ensuring effective generation and monitoring of recruitment KPIs and reports.
• Preparing monthly and quarterly Recruitment Reports.
