We are supporting our client in the search for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations across the UAE and Qatar.
In this role, you will drive procurement, inventory, and logistics strategies to ensure efficient project delivery, cost optimization, and operational excellence within the elevator and escalator business.
🔧 What You’ll Do: • Lead procurement, inventory, and logistics operations • Optimize costs and improve supply chain performance • Ensure timely delivery for installation and modernization projects • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners • Drive continuous improvement and lead high-performing teams 👤 What We’re Looking For: • 10+ years supply chain experience in complex engineered products, including manufacturing, sourcing, and global logistics.
• Track record of driving resilience, sustainability, and safety-first supply chains, aligned to client quality, compliance, and customer uptime standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration; MBA or MSc in Supply Chain/Operations preferred.
• Professional certifications such as APICS/ASCM (CPIM, CSCP), CIPS, Lean Six Sigma, or PMP strongly valued.
• Strong expertise in SAP-driven planning, supplier localization, cost optimization, and service-level excellence across multi-country operations.
• We are looking for candidates with experience in the construction or engineering industry, ideally with a background in logistics and project management.
