Technical Requirements: Prepare detailed structural Revit model and generate shop drawings through this model, including plans, sections, and elevations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Experienced to work with BIM, Autodesk ACC, and model collaboration.
Collaborate closely with structural engineers and architects to develop accurate models and drawings.
Revise construction documents based on engineer feedback and project updates.
Maintain an organized filing system for drawings and project documentation, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance.
Ensure timely completion of drafting assignments according to project schedules and deadlines.
Utilize Revit and CAD software for rapid drafting and design iteration.
Qualifications Requirements: Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in structural drafting within the construction or engineering consultancy sectors.
Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or other 3D software is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of structural design principles, building codes, and construction methods.
Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
Effective communication abilities to liaise with engineers, architects, and other team members.
