We are seeking a skilled Structural Draftsman to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Structural Draftsman, you will play a crucial role in creating detailed structural drawings and plans for various construction projects. You will work closely with structural engineers and architects to ensure accurate and efficient drafting of structural elements.

• Prepare and modify structural drawings using CAD software, primarily AutoCAD and Revit
• Interpret architectural and engineering designs to create accurate structural plans
• Collaborate with structural engineers to ensure drawings meet project specifications and building codes
• Perform calculations and analyze structural components to support design decisions
• Create detailed drawings of structural elements, including foundations, beams, columns, and connections
• Review and update existing drawings as needed throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain organized digital and physical files of all project-related drawings and documents
• Assist in preparing material lists and quantity takeoffs for cost estimation purposes
• Stay updated on local building regulations and industry standards in Dubai and the UAE
• Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with team members and clients

• Associate's degree or diploma in Structural Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in structural drafting
• Proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD and Revit
• Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and practices
• Excellent ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
• Advanced mathematical and analytical skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Understanding of building codes and standards, with specific knowledge of local regulations in Dubai and the UAE
• Familiarity with various construction materials and methods
• AutoCAD certification is preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Ability to work using modeling software’s such as ( Revit , AutoCAD , Plant 3D )
• Ability to use clash detection software’s such as Navisworks
• Have strong engineering background in both mechanical and electrical field
• Have fair knowledge on the MEP & HVAC system components and uses
• Ability to use Microsoft office applications
