Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field A minimum of 7 years of experience in structural design, preferably within the luxury real estate sector Proven experience managing structural design projects from concept through completion Strong portfolio illustrating completed structural engineering projects Proficient in structural design software (e.
g., SAP2000, ETABS, AutoCAD) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards Professional Engineer (PE) license is required Familiarity with sustainable design practices and principles is a plus.
