OverviewA leading consulting firm is expanding its Financial Services Strategy practice and is looking to hire Senior Consultants, Managers, and Senior Managers with experience across corporate strategy, technology strategy, and transformation within the financial services sector.The team is focused on building a strong techno-functional consulting capability, supporting banking and financial services clients across the GCC on strategic, digital, and technology-enabled transformation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver corporate strategy, operating model, and transformation engagements for financial services clientsSupport technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives across banking, fintech, and broader FS institutionsConduct strategic assessments, market analysis, and business case developmentDevelop transformation roadmaps aligned to client business and technology objectivesWork closely with senior client stakeholders to provide strategic recommendations and implementation supportLead project workstreams and manage day-to-day engagement deliverySupport business development activities including proposals, presentations, and client pitchesCollaborate with cross-functional consulting and technology teams on regional projectsMentor junior consultants and contribute to team capability buildingRequirementsSenior Consultant2– 4 years of experience within strategy consulting or financial services consultingExposure to corporate strategy, digital strategy, or technology transformation projectsUnderstanding of banking, insurance, fintech, or broader FS ecosystemsStrong analytical, stakeholder management, and presentation skillsGCC / Middle East consulting experience preferredManager5 years of consulting experience with a focus on financial services strategy and transformationExperience leading workstreams and managing client relationships independentlyStrong understanding of technology-enabled transformation within FS organisationsProven experience supporting business development and proposal creationRegional project delivery experience within the GCC preferredSenior Manager6-8+ years of experience within consulting, with strong exposure to FS strategy and technology transformationProven ability to lead large-scale strategic transformation engagementsStrong client leadership and stakeholder management capabilities at executive levelExperience driving business development and growing client accountsDemonstrated experience building and mentoring consulting teamsStrong regional market understanding across the GCC financial services landscapePreferred BackgroundExperience within strategy consulting firms or Big 4 consulting environmentsExposure to techno-functional transformation programs combining business and technology strategyStrong communication and client-facing capabilitiesAbility to work across multiple regional engagements in a fast-paced consulting environment
