Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate stainless steel fabrication activities, with a focus on bending machine operations.
Manage a team of labourers, ensuring adherence to productivity, safety, and quality standards.
Operate and oversee CNC machines, bending machines, shearing machines, and other related fabrication equipment.
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication plans to provide clear guidance to the team.
Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet client specifications and industry standards.
Train and mentor junior staff in stainless steel handling, fabrication techniques, and machine operations.
Enforce strict compliance with workplace safety protocols to maintain a secure and efficient working environment.
RequirementsExperience: 5–6 years of proven experience in stainless steel fabrication, bending machine operations, and fit-out projects.
Technical Skills: Expertise in operating CNC machines, bending machines, shearing machines, and related fabrication equipment.
Blueprint Interpretation: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, fabrication details, and fit-out specifications.
Material Knowledge: Strong understanding of stainless steel properties, bending tolerances, finishing techniques, and fit-out applications.
Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee fabrication work in fit-out projects.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Additional Advantage: Experience in structural steel fabrication and high-end interior fit-outs is a plus.
