Sr.Human resources

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee our HR operations, talent management, and organizational development in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in developing and implementing HR policies that support business growth and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and compliance.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business direction.
• Oversee manpower planning and support leadership with organizational structure and workforce development.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions professionally and legally.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and employment regulations.
• Experience in handling multicultural and diverse workforces.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or CHRP are a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems.
