SearchPlus HR is seeking a dedicated Specialist - Restorative Dentist to deliver advanced dental restorative treatments with a focus on patient-centered care.
In this role, you will utilize your expertise to restore oral function and aesthetics, offering customized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive dental assessments and develop tailored restorative treatment plans.
Execute complex restorative procedures including crowns, bridges, dentures, and implants.
Manage endodontic treatments such as root canal therapy when necessary.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care to maintain restorations.
Collaborate with other dental specialists and healthcare professionals for multidisciplinary care.
Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Stay current with advancements in restorative dentistry and integrate new techniques into practice.
Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Specialist qualification or advanced training in Restorative Dentistry.
Valid dental license to practice in the applicable jurisdiction.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in restorative dentistry.
Proficiency in modern restorative dental techniques and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
