This role demands a highly skilled and compassionate specialist to manage emergency care for pediatric patients in a fast-paced private healthcare environment.
You will be responsible for providing expert clinical care, conducting rapid assessments, and performing necessary emergency procedures to ensure excellent outcomes for young patients.
Key Responsibilities: Rapidly assess and stabilize pediatric emergency patients.
Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute medical and traumatic conditions in children.
Perform critical emergency procedures including intubations, suturing, and IV insertions.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
Maintain clear and empathetic communication with patients and their families about diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis.
Ensure precise and timely documentation within electronic medical record systems.
Contribute to private healthcare quality improvement and training initiatives.

Strong teamwork orientation and ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary settings.
