Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with valid licensing to practice otolaryngology Completion of specialist training in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery Demonstrated clinical experience in diagnosing and managing ENT disorders Proficiency in performing otolaryngological surgeries and procedures Strong knowledge of head and neck anatomy and pathology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team Commitment to maintaining high professional and ethical standards Willingness to engage in continuous professional development
