As our Spa Reception Host, you will create a warm and welcoming first impression for every guest. With genuine care, attention to detail and a passion for wellbeing, you will coordinate appointments, respond to enquiries and help ensure each spa journey feels seamless and memorable.

You will:

• Welcome guests with warmth, empathy and professionalism
• Manage spa reservations, enquiries and guest preferences
• Share information about treatments, services and facilities
• Coordinate closely with therapists and other hotel teams
• Maintain an organised, calm and inviting reception area
• Support retail recommendations and spa administration
• Help turn every guest encounter into a meaningful experience

Required Qualifications

• Russian language proficiency
• Previous experience in a spa, hotel reception or guest-facing role
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Confident using booking systems and handling guest enquiries
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• A caring, positive and professional approach
