Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan content calendars across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Identify trends, audience preferences, and opportunities for brand positioning.
Drive innovative campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
Content Creation & Management
Create high-quality, engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
Coordinate with design and media teams for visuals, graphics, and video production.
Write compelling captions and ensure consistent brand voice and messaging.
Maintain consistency in posting schedules and content quality.
Performance Marketing & Analytics
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and KPIs.
Optimize campaigns based on insights, engagement rates, and conversion data.
Manage paid social media campaigns to drive leads and traffic.
Prepare reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Community Management & Engagement
Manage daily interactions, comments, messages, and inquiries.

Qualifications & Experience
