Purpose of the Job 

As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. You will be involved in planning, coordinating, and supervising construction activities on-site.

Job Responsibility:

Managing and supervising construction projects from start to finish

Ensuring that all construction activities comply with regulations and safety standards

Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to discuss plans and specifications

Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise

Preparing and maintaining accurate project documentation, including reports and drawings

Participating in budgeting and cost management activities

Providing technical advice and support to project teams

Experience & Qualification 

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field

Minimum 8 years of experience working as Site Engineer.

Must have previous experience working in UAE based main contractors

Must have experience working in Highrise building

Prefer to have most recent work experience from Abu Dhabi

Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment

Excellent project management and problem-solving skills

Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office tools

Certification in Project Management is a plus

Strong knowledge of engineering principles and construction techniques
Proficiency in using construction management software and tools
Excellent project management skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
Exceptional problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction
