Site Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated Site Engineer with strong technical expertise in interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for on-site execution, quality control, and coordination with various teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and supervise site works according to project drawings and timelines.
  

  
  

• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for smooth workflow.
  

  
  

• Ensure proper implementation of designs, detailing, and specifications.
  

  
  

• Maintain daily site progress reports and prepare technical documentation.
  

  
  

• Monitor material deliveries, manpower utilization, and safety compliance.
  

  
  

• Support project manager with planning and resolving technical issues on-site.
  

  
  

• Bachelor's in Civil/Architectural Engineering or related.
  

  
  

• 2–3 years UAE experience in interior fit-out execution.
  

  
  

• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and manage site logistics.
  

  
  

• Knowledge of MEP works coordination and authority approvals is an advantage.
  

  
  

• Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
