Müller’s Solutions is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Project Manager to lead and oversee ServiceNow SPM implementations and projects.
As a key member of our team, you will manage project timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow SPM solutions that align with our clients’ strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project management for ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management implementations and upgrades.
Collaborate closely with clients, technical teams, and vendors to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues promptly.
Ensure adherence to project management best practices and company standards.
Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Promote continuous improvement and adoption of ServiceNow SPM capabilities.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience managing ServiceNow SPM projects or related IT portfolio/project management implementations.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and Strategic Portfolio Management modules.
Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
ServiceNow certifications relevant to SPM are an advantage.
