Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading contracting and construction company to recruit a highly skilled Senior Technical Engineer for their growing project portfolio across Civil, Residential, and Mixed-Use developments. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong professional to play a key role in architectural coordination, technical execution, and project delivery within a fast-paced construction environment. If you have a solid background in contracting, strong technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex project requirements, this role offers the chance to contribute to landmark developments and drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
-Review and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, and technical submit
-Prepare and review shop drawings, as-built drawings, and material submit
-Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve technical and design issues.
-Ensure architectural works comply with local authority regulations, project standards, and contractual requirements.
-Support project execution teams with technical guidance during construction activities.
-Conduct site inspections to monitor architectural work progress and quality compliance.
-Liaise with civil, MEP, and structural teams for multidisciplinary coordination.
-Participate in project meetings and provide technical updates and solutions.
-Review RFIs (Requests for Information) and technical queries from site teams.
-Monitor material selection, finishes, and installation methods to ensure quality standards are achieved.
-Assist in value engineering and cost optimization initiatives without compromising design intent.
-Ensure timely approvals from consultants and authorities.
-Maintain proper technical documentation and project records.
-Support project planning and ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines.
Requirements-Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related Engineering field.
-Minimum 8–12 years of experience in contracting/construction companies.
-Strong experience handling Civil, Residential, and Mixed-Use development projects.
-Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and MS Office.
-Good understanding of construction methodologies, architectural detailing, and local building regulations.
-Experience in coordinating with consultants and site execution teams.
-Strong technical problem-solving and coordination skills.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
