We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across multiple teams, ensuring alignment, governance, and delivery excellence.

• Lead Scrum of Scrums coordination
• Maintain Jira governance and reporting
• Build executive dashboards
• Manage Agile ceremonies and capacity
• Standardise Agile processes

• Experience in scaled Agile environments
• Advanced Jira expertise
• 5+ years in technical environments
• Strong reporting and analytics capability
• Agile certifications preferred
