As the Senior Scrum Master for our AI department, you will operate as a data-driven leader at the heart of a high-stakes FinTech enterprise.
Your focus extends beyond individual squad health; you will spearhead the Scrum of Scrums (SoS) to synchronize efforts across multiple teams and manage complex cross-project dependencies.
By leveraging expert Jira orchestration, you will provide senior leadership with a unified "single source of truth," ensuring that our AI initiatives are delivered with transparency, predictability, and excellence.
Your responsibilities as the Senior Scrum master involves: Program Orchestration: Leading the Scrum of Scrums to align multiple AI squads, proactively identifying inter-team dependencies and resolving priority conflicts to keep the broader program on track.
Multi-Board Governance: Maintaining high-integrity data across a shared Jira Space, ensuring individual team boards accurately reflect specific priorities while rolling up seamlessly into a consolidated program view.
Executive Visualization: Designing and managing custom Jira dashboards for senior stakeholders, providing real-time insights into Sprint Goals, Burndown, Scope Creep, and quarterly velocity trends.
Flow & Capacity Management: Facilitating all standard Agile ceremonies and meticulously manage resource capacity to ensure sustainable, high-quality delivery across various workstreams.
Process Standardization: Establishing and enforcing a unified Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) across the department, ensuring consistent output within a highly regulated banking environment.

What we need you to have: Proven track record in managing Scaled Agile environments or Scrum of Scrums for departments with multiple, concurrent workstreams.
Expert-level proficiency in JQL (Jira Query Language) and Advanced Roadmaps to track and visualize dependencies across multiple boards.
At least 5 years of experience in technical environments, with the ability to navigate the unique security and documentation rigors of the financial sector.
Superior ability to translate fragmented squad data into cohesive "Program Health" reports for non-technical leadership.
Professional Scrum Master (PSM II/III) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or SMC (Scrum Master Certified) with a specific focus on scaling methodologies.
