Salary: base + performance based incentives

OTE: AED 25,000 - 35,000+ per month (based on individual performance)

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a driven, personable SeniorSales Broker to join our Dubai team. This is a client-facing, sales-focused role suited to someone who thrives in high-performance environments, enjoys connecting with people, and wants to contribute to the growth of a dynamic international agency. You will be speaking with US and EU clients mainly so proficiency in English is essential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct discovery and sales calls to assess client PR needs and close new business.
  • Generate leads and outreach opportunities via phone, LinkedIn, and email.
  • Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Deliver tailored presentations and proposals that showcase our PR services and client results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover from sale to onboarding.
  • Track and report on key metrics; meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and the media landscape to strengthen your outreach.


المهارات

What We're Looking For:

  • Sales or business development experience is preferred, especially in service-based industries.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Confident, articulate, and professional in client-facing conversations.
  • Highly presentable with a strong sense of personal accountability.
  • Skilled at networking, relationship-building, and closing deals.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • Passion for PR, branding, media, or luxury/lifestyle sectors is a plus.
  • A valid UAE or UK driving license is an advantage but not essential.

  • Base + commission based structure with no upper limit
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): AED 25,000–35,000+ per month(based on individual performance)
