We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties , ensuring strong financial performance, tenant satisfaction, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will bring solid hands-on commercial property management experience , strong budgeting and financial control , and the ability to lead FM teams while maintaining high service standards .
This role is critical to ensuring portfolio performance, maintaining tenant relationships, and upholding company standards across all assets.

Proven experience in commercial property management (ESSENTIAL) Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and service charge management Experience managing FM teams and contractors Excellent tenant management and stakeholder communication skills Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize effectively Strong understanding of KPI-driven environments Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related preferred)
