Senior Project Engineer – Interior Fit-Out

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a solid background in retail and F&B fit-out projects, and strong hands-on knowledge of MEP systems and coordination. The selected candidate will lead projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution, client satisfaction, and timely delivery.

• Manage interior fit-out projects from mobilisation to handover
  

  
  

• Plan and oversee execution of MEP works, ensuring compliance with technical standards and authority requirements
  

  
  

• Act as the primary client liaison—conducting meetings, site inspections, and progress updates
  

  
  

• Supervise in-house teams across all trades (MEP, civil, carpentry, etc.)
  

  
  

• Allocate manpower and resources across multiple ongoing projects
  

  
  

• Prepare and deliver detailed project reports, dashboards, and handover documents
  

  
  

• Maintain quality standards, safety compliance, and timely project delivery
  

  
  

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Dubai in interior fit-out (retail/F&B)
  

  
  

• Proven track record in project management with in-house execution teams
  

  
  

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and coordination with subcontractors
  

  
  

• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
  

  
  

• Ability to produce professional project reports and documentation
  

  
  

• Immediate availability is preferred
