الوصف الوظيفي

Client:
Privately owned, UAE‑based diversified business group established in 1981. The group operates across multiple sectors including technology, energy and utilities, healthcare, real estate, chemicals, education, and hospitality, with a strong presence across the Middle East. It is known for its long‑term partnerships, focus on value creation, and contribution to regional economic development.

Responsibilities:
 
  • Lead end-to-end technical design and delivery in Oracle EBS and OIC environments
  • Responsible for providing day-to-day technical assistance to ERP operations from technical perspective
  • Design and develop RICEW components: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows
  • Build and manage OIC integrations, connections, adapters (ERP, REST, SOAP, FTP, etc.) and work on Event-driven and real-time integrations.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Provide hands-on technical and development support for implemented Oracle ERP modules and integrations in OIC to Oracle ERP.
  • Gather and document business requirements on IT incidents and change work.
  • Document and manage technical specifications and software packages.
  • Manage on-time changes delivery and business expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide hands-on analysis, design, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support utilizing prescribed software design lifecycle techniques and system documentation techniques (AIMS/OUM).
  • Complete development tasks based on requirements submitted by business partners and follow oracle best practices.
  • Troubleshoot process issues and provide remedial actions, whether functional or technical in nature, liaising with Oracle where required

Qualifications and Skills:
 
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • 8+ years of experience on Oracle Applications and OIC integrations
  • Experience building integration, unit testing and migration of integration components in OIC using REST/SOAP Services
  • Strong programming experience in creating Procedures, APIs, Packages, Functions, Triggers, views, collections nested tables and arrays, records, sequences, views, Constraints and other database objects using SQL and PL/SQL
  • Hands-On development of packages and functions using SQL/PLSQL and exposing them as REST
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle development tools, some e-Business application functionality, system administration, database structure and knowledge of multi-Org architecture.
