Senior Operations Executive – Ship Chandlery (Technical Stores) ID - 35492

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Operations Executive with a strong background in ship chandlery, specifically in technical stores supply. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of marine procurement, inventory management, and vessel supply operations.

• • Manage end-to-end operations for ship chandlery supplies, with a focus on technical stores 
  • Coordinate with vessels, clients, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery 
  • Source, procure, and maintain inventory of technical marine equipment and spare parts 
  • Prepare quotations, process orders, and handle documentation efficiently 
  • Ensure compliance with marine standards and client specifications 
  • Monitor stock levels and optimize inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking 
  • Liaise with logistics teams for smooth delivery and port operations 
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients 
  • Resolve operational issues and ensure high service quality 

• • 5–7 years of experience in ship chandlery, preferably handling technical stores 
  • Strong knowledge of marine equipment, spare parts, and procurement processes 
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills 
  • Good communication and negotiation abilities 
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (preferred) 
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
