- Act as the main technical adviser on-site for subcontractors, craftspeople, and operatives
- Review plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy
- Ensure materials and work meet specifications
- Oversee Hypo systems, RO & Pumping Stations, Mechanical & E&I works (ADDC, Transco)
- Manage material requisitions and certification documentation
- Prepare asset registers, accruals, and RCA-based rectification reports
- Interpret and manage contract design documents
- Maintain knowledge of Hypo Chlorination, Chlorine Dioxide, RO Units, and Pumping Station Maintenance
- Coordinate with local authorities for compliance
- Communicate project updates to clients and attend regular meetings
- Organize site activities to meet deadlines
- Oversee quality, safety, and health standards
- Resolve technical issues and handle plant emergencies with Root Cause Analysis
- Prepare daily progress reports and certifications
- Ensure adherence to HSE policies, UAE laws, and company procedures
- Prepare method statements and work permits
- Assist in preparing construction completion documentation
Qualifications:
