Senior Manager-MIS

Responsible for financial MIS, advanced financial modelling, feasibility analysis, and development of structured business plans for senior leadership. The role requires a strong ability to translate financial analysis into compelling, board-ready presentations that support strategic and investment decisions.

Key responsibilities include: 

• MIS and Management Reporting 
• Financial Modelling and Feasability 
• Business Planning and Board-level presentations
• Business Analysis and Decision Support
• Dashboards, Automation and Advanced Analytics 
• Budget vs Actual / Forecast Analysis

Experience: 

• Minimum of 7–10+ years of experience in Finance MIS, FP&A, Financial Modelling, Feasibility, or Business Finance
• Prior exposure to senior leadership / board-level interactions preferred

Qualifications (Strongly preferred): 

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Single Attempt; or
• MBA (Finance) from a top-tier / tier 1 institute (IIM preferred)

Key Skills & Competencies

• Extremely strong MS Excel skills (advanced modelling, scenario and sensitivity analysis)
• Exceptional PowerPoint skills – ability to create board-ready business plans and executive presentations
• Strong expertise in financial modelling & feasibility analysis from top Consulting / advisory services
• Good working knowledge of Power BI (strong plus)
• Exposure to AI / advanced analytics is an added advantage
• Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and commercial acumen
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to senior stakeholders
