Senior Full Stack / Team Lead

BlackStone eIT is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer / Team Lead to join our dynamic technology team. • Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality full stack applications
• Coordinate project planning, task assignments, and track progress to ensure timely delivery
• Conduct code reviews to maintain coding standards and best practices
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Encourage adoption of new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance productivity
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle
