Senior Fitout Detailer

Position Summary:

This role is central to the successful execution of interior fitout projects, responsible for transforming conceptual designs into precise, detailed technical drawings. The Senior Fitout Detailer and Draftsman will work closely with design and project teams to develop high-quality documentation that guides construction teams in delivering interiors that align with client expectations. The position requires strong expertise in CAD tools, thorough knowledge of fitout detailing, and the ability to handle complex design requirements efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Additional certifications in CAD or interior detailing are a plus.

Experience:

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in fitout detailing and drafting.
• Proven experience in delivering detailed drawings for high-quality interior projects.

Technical Competency:

• Advanced proficiency in CAD tools such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and fitout standards.
