Senior Chocolate Production Operator / Production Worker (Chocolate & Dried Fruits Factory)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operator with a solid background in chocolate production to join our growing chocolate and dried fruits factory. The candidate must understand chocolate handling and processing, including machine operation, quality control, and coordination with the production team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor chocolate processing equipment (e.g., coating, tempering, molding, cooling tunnels)
• Supervise a team of junior operators on the production line
• Oversee ingredient loading, chocolate flow, and coating/thickness consistency
• Adjust machine settings and parameters based on product type and recipe
• Ensure hygienic, safe, and smooth production flow
• Monitor quality, taste, texture, and finish of chocolate products
• Perform basic troubleshooting and prevent production delays
• Coordinate with supervisors to meet production targets and timelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in chocolate manufacturing or confectionery industry
• Familiarity with chocolate tempering, molding, or enrobing processes
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
• Ability to lead and train junior workers
• Strong observation skills and attention to detail (especially in coating and appearance)
• Able to communicate in basic English for team coordination and reporting

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

• Experience with filled/stuffed chocolate bars
• Knowledge of dried fruits coating or packaging
• Basic understanding of equipment calibration and cleaning procedures

• Loading dried fruits or chocolate into the production machines
• Simple operation of packing and sealing machines
• Assisting with labeling and boxing finished products
• Maintaining cleanliness of the working area
• Following hygiene and safety protocols strictly
• Reporting any machine or product issues to supervisor

Requirements:

• Filipino nationality Preferred
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
• preferred previous Chocolate factory experience (but not mandatory)
• Willing to learn and work in a team
• Basic English understanding (for safety instructions)
